Custom Fields

Custom fields allow you to create fields that are not already in the system.  

These custom fields can be yes or no questions, multi-line text boxes or a single line text box. You can make this field required by all users to answer or only officials.  

An example of a Custom Field would be "What is your shirt size?" with the single line text box chosen.  If this is required, the official or user will need to answer this question before being able to navigate to another area of the system.

You can also send group emails to your officials based on your Custom Fields.  

Group Maint : Msgs/News : Send a Group Email to Custom Fields

Using the example above, if you need to inform your officials who selected ’Small’ as their shirt size that you only carry Medium and Large shirts, you could do that.
