Assignors and Group Administrators now have a new way to add Officials to their group. When you need to add a number of new Officials to your system at once, you can save time by letting them add themselves to your group instead.
To do this, set an Access Code in your system [Group Setup : Assignor Settings : Edit Settings]. Then give your Group Number and Access Code to the new Officials. If they have a GameOfficials.net account already, they can link themselves over by using the "Join Group" feature on their "My Assignors" page. If they do not have a login yet, they will have the ability to create a new account from the Login screen at http://www.gameofficials.net. Just remember to delete the Access Code once your officials have signed up. This will allow you to better control who can join your group of officials.
