The Existing Availability section displays your current availability for the month/s shown on the calendar (entries prior to today's date will not display). From this section you can click to Del (delete), Copy, or Edit each entry.
Delete - This feature permanently deletes an entry. You will have the option to OK the deletion or to Cancel the deletion. If you are deleting a recurring entry, you will have the option to include the entire series or limit the deletion to a single entry.
Copy - Once you have added an entry, you can copy the details of that entry and make minor changes to the Dates, Times, Type, or Notes by clicking the Copy link to the left of the entry. The New Availablitity Entry box will be replaced with a similar box entitled This Entry is Being Copied and you will be reminded that the existing record will not be modified.
For example, let's say you are available all day every Saturday. However, for the next 4 weeks must be gone from 1:30-2:45. Enter your information one time, and click to Copy that entry. Next, edit the necessary information that reflects any changes to the date, time, or occurance. In this case you would enter "3" in the "For N/A Weeks" box.
Add Notes as needed, and click SAVE to record your changes. If you decide that no changes are needed, click the X in the upper right hand corner to close the Copy box and return to New Availability Entry view.
Edit - Once you have added an entry, you can modify the information by clicking the Edit link beside the entry. The New Availablitity Entry box will be replaced with a similar box entitled Modify Availability Entry. When in edit mode, you cannot change the Date of a recurring entry, but you can change any of the other details. When editing a recurring entry, you will have the option to delete the entire series or a single entry. When your changes are complete, add Notes as needed, and click SAVE to record your changes. If you decide that no changes are needed, click the X in the upper right hand corner to close the the Modify box and return to New Availability Entry view.
