You can enter all of your officials by hand, allow them to create their own account, or import them using the Microsoft Excel template that is provided on the Import screen [Group Maint : Import : Officials].
Allow Officials to Create Their Own Account
If you enter information into the "Official's Access Code" section of the Assignor Settings, then Officials can create their own account. You will need to give your Access Code and Group Number (listed next to the Access Code) to all of the Officials that need to sign up. They can then go to GameOfficials.net and click the green "New Official" link under the login box. This will walk them through the process of creating their own account. The system will send each user an email with their login and password. Officials that already have a login can join the group by logging into their GameOfficials.net account and clicking on My Assignors : Join New Group. Click on show to expand the section. Enter the Group Number and Access Code. The official will now have the option to enter their new group by going to the Change Identity feature on the bottom left of the screen. These are the proper steps for an official with an existing GameOfficials.net account to add another assignor. This will ensure that the user is not created an additional login.
